Learn About Our Experienced Architectural Design Team

Terry J. Martin, AIA

My name is Terry J. Martin, I am an architect and, have lived in the Cambrian area for the last 23 years with my wife, Kim and son, Brandon. I am active in service groups such as Kiwanis and Rebuilding Together while coaching and participating in roller hockey, boy scouts, swimming, water polo and most recently preparing for a triathlon at the Cambrian Community Center.

Over the last couple of years, there has been a change in our area with crime and transportation. Both of these have to do with budget constriction issues. I believe the neighborhood commission is a great venue for citizens to discuss these issues along with the code enforcement items affecting all of San Jose's communities.

As an architect, I have worked on numerous residential and commercial projects in the city and the Greater Bay Area and see San Jose's new 2040 plan as an opportunity for focused growth within our districts with urban villages helping with our housing and transportation needs. The item which excites me the most is being part of this transformation to city centers and giving Cambrian its own identity.

I believe that I have a lot to contribute. With my knowledge in understanding the city issues and processes, as both a resident and a professional. I care about our neighborhood, our community, and our future.

Rebecca Pollard

My name is Rebecca Pollard. I grew up in Campbell, California, a stones throw from where I now live with my husband and son. When I was a child, my dad started converting our house into his dream home - a process that spanned 20 years and imprinted in me a lifelong love for construction.

In 2014, I graduated cum laude from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Architecture. Shortly afterwards I began working at TMA and have been happy to remain since.

My passion is converting ideas into reality. Where Terry excels in turning client dreams into drawings, my strength is fine-tuning them into technical documentation for permitting and construction. Our abilities balance each other to create an efficient, productive system.

When not working, I enjoy cooking, crafts, and Dungeons & Dragons.
